Unused School Equipment: Utilization of

(a) The Board is authorized to enter into agreements with non-public schools for the mutual utilization of school equipment for non-religious purposes which is not being used, or if being used, during periods of non-use. (b) The Board shall adopt rules and regulations for the mutual utilization of school equipment.
