The school capacity limitations of § 7113 of this Chapter shall apply only to school projects initiated after the effective date of this Chapter. 2014 NOTE: P.L. 26-026, which added this entire Chapter, was enacted on July 5, 2001; therefore, the capacity limits of § 7113 apply only to schools established after July 5, 2001.
