3 GCA § 17122

(a) Any person willfully violating any provision of this Chapter shall, unless otherwise expressly stated, be punishable in the manner prescribed as follows: (1) if a natural person, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to fines and/or the penalties specified therefore; or (2) if a corporation, organization or association, it shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per offense and the penalties specified therefore; and (3) whenever a corporation, organization, or association violates this Chapter, the violation shall be deemed to be also that of the individual directors, officers or agents of the corporation, organization or association who have knowingly authorized, ordered or participated in any of the acts constituting the violation.
