Index as Public Record; Fee

Upon written demand of any member of the public, the Commission shall furnish to him or her one (1) copy of the index of the Chamorro Registry at a charge prescribed by the Commission. All moneys so collected shall be covered into the Treasury of the government of Guam. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 23-130:2 (Dec. 30, 1996) as 3 GCA § 20025.
