(a) The Board shall promulgate rules and regulations to charge fees for examination, licensure, and renewal of licensure and penalties, as appropriate, in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law. (b) The Board shall review and amend the rules and regulations for adjustment to fees, subject to the Administrative Adjudication Law. (c) The Board shall establish a fee schedule for inspection not to exceed the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
