Assistants, Inspectors, Salaries

(a) The Department shall employ and fix the duties and remuneration of inspectors, clerical or administrative assistants as deemed necessary to implement this Chapter or the Rules of the Board. (b) Board members shall receive per diem and mileage allowance, as allowed to government of Guam employees, when actually engaged in official Board duties.
