Definitions

(a) Department means the Department of Youth Affairs as established by 5 GCA '3117. (b) Director means the head of the Department of Youth Affairs. (c) Council means the Guam Council on Youth Affairs. (d) Youth means any person twenty-five (25) years of age and under. (e) Committee means the Special Services Committee.
