(a) Any person using such identical or similar print, label, trademark, service mark, or tradename as set forth in Section [20409], shall be fined not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). (b) The Superior Court of Guam shall have the power to grant injunctions, according to principals of equity and upon such terms as the court may deem reasonable, to prevent the violation of any right of a registered owner of a print, label trademark, service mark, or tradename registered with the Department of Commerce.
