Surplus Property Agency Designation

The Department of Administration is hereby designated as the State Agency for the purpose of § 203(j) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (40 U.S.C. 484(j)) (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Act.) SOURCE: GC § 6200; added by P.L. 11-219 (Jan. 17, 1973).
