Cooperation with Federal Government

The Director shall, consistent with the provisions of this Article, cooperate to the fullest extent with the departments or agencies of the United States of America, file a Guam plan of operation approved by the Governor, operate in accordance therewith, and take such action as may be necessary to meet the standards prescribed by the Federal Act.
