Reporting and Oversight

(a) The Department shall report annually to I Liheslatura on the number of applications received, approved, and the status of developments under this Act. (b) This report shall include an assessment of the effectiveness of the streamlined process in addressing the housing shortage. 2026 NOTE: Reference to the “Legislature” replaced with I Liheslatura pursuant to 2 GCA § 1101.
