Ownership of Guam Ocean Shore

Ownership of the part of the ocean shore of Guam between mean high tide and extreme low tide, excepting such portions as may have been disposed of by the territory prior to January 1, 1972, is vested in the territory beach area. SOURCE: GC '13454 enacted by P.L. 12-19.
