Guam Historic Preservation Officer; Duties

The Guam Historic Preservation Officer shall administer the comprehensive program for historic preservation, restoration and presentation prescribed by 21 GCA § 76103. SOURCE: GC § 26032 added by P.L. 20-151:4 (Mar. 21, 1990). Public Law 25-69:9 repealed P.L. 20-151:4. However, P.L. 25-69:9 was itself repealed by P.L. 25-72:IV:13(c), which reverted the enactment of P.L. 20- 151:4.
