Penalties for Acts or Omissions

Any person having charge of affidavits of registration is guilty of a misdemeanor who: (a) neglects or refuses to make all the entries provided for in this Title; or (b) fails or neglects to comply with any provision of this Chapter. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 25-106:2 (Mar. 24, 2000).
