Meetings, Where Held

The meeting of the members or stockholders of a corporation shall be held at the place where the principal office of the corporation is established or located and where practicable, in the principal office of the corporation. Directors' meeting may be held at the place fixed in the bylaws. SOURCE: CC § 319.
