Designation of OAG as Single Agency

The Office of the Attorney General is designated as the single agency for Guam relative to bringing claims against entities for manufacturing, marketing, distributing, promoting, or dispensing of opioids pursuant to Guam law, including, but not limited to, the Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act.
