15 GCA § 2329

Under Legal Disability. No action for the recovery of any property sold by a personal representative, on the claim that the sale is void, can be maintained by any heir or other person claiming under the decedent, unless it is commenced within three (3) years after the settlement of the final account of the personal representative, or within three (3) years after the discovery of any fraud upon which the action is based. shall not apply to minors or others under any legal disability to sue at the time the right of action accrues; but any such person may commence an action at any time within three (3) years after the removal of the disability. SOURCE: Probate Code of Guam (1970), § 793.
