Borrowing Money and Mortgaging Estate Property:

Execution of Notes and Instruments of Security. The personal representative shall execute, acknowledge and deliver the mortgage, pledge or other lien as directed by the order referred to in Section 2367 of this Title, setting forth therein that it is made by authority of such order. The note or notes and mortgage, pledge or other lien shall be signed by the personal representative as such, and shall create no personal liability against the person so signing.
