Members of the Board shall be paid at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per day for each day on which the Board meets, as certified by the Treasurer of Guam; such compensation shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month. The Secretary of the Board shall be paid an additional sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) annually. The members of the Board are also entitled to compensation for their reasonable and
