Percentage Shares

In determining the percentage shares of tortfeasors in the entire liability, their relative degrees of fault shall be considered by the trier of fact. A tortfeasor entitled to contribution shall recover from each remaining tortfeasor an amount which is based on the percentage of causal negligence attributable to each. SOURCE: CCP § 832.
