Concerns. The government of Guam shall provide an opportunity to a
victim of trafficking in persons, if the victim desires it, to present the victim’s views and concerns at appropriate stages of criminal proceedings against traffickers, in a manner not prejudicial to the rights of the defendant. An interpreter who speaks a language the victim understands should be made available to the victim during the course of legal proceedings.
