Appropriation to the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Pharmaceuticals Fund

The contents of the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Pharmaceuticals Fund are appropriated to the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. This appropriation is continuous, contingent on the annual submission of a detailed budget no later than January 30 to I Liheslaturan Guåhan. The Director of Administration shall transfer, on the first day of each month, all funds contained in the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Subsidy Fund to the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. Nothing herein shall prohibit I Liheslaturan Guåhan from appropriating any other supplemental amounts to the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 28-068:II:III:22 (Sept. 30, 2005).
