Monthly Deposit of Business Privilege Tax Revenue

No later than twenty-five (25) days after the end of each month, the Director of Administration shall deposit six and nineteen hundredths percent (6.19%) of all Business Privilege Taxes collected and reported in each monthly Consolidated Revenue and Expenditure Report into the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority Pharmaceutical Fund in accordance with § 26208 of Article 2, Chapter 26, Title 11 Guam Code Annotated.
