7 GCA § 26602

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Title costs are allowed of course to the plaintiff upon a judgment in his favor in the following cases: (a) In an action for the recovery of real property; (b) In an action to recover the possession of personal property; (c) In an action for the recovery of money or damages; (d) In a special proceedings; (e) In an action which involves the title or possession of real estate.
