Trust Company may be Appointed as Executor, Etc

Any corporation authorized to conduct the business of a trust company in Guam may be appointed and act as an executor, administrator, guardian of an estate, assignee, receiver, depositary, or trustees in like manner as an individual. When so appointed the trust company shall not be required to give bond therefor. SOURCE: CCP § 1043.
