DRT shall provide a report to I Liheslaturan Guåhan within ninety (90) days after the program concludes, detailing: (a) Total amount of principal taxes collected; (b) Total penalties and interest waived; (c) Number and category of participating taxpayers; (d) Any recommendations for future amnesty or compliance programs.
