Effective Date

(a) Upon passage of this Act, the DPHSS shall develop rules and regulations and shall submit same to I Liheslatura no later than ninety (90) days following the passage of this Act. (b) The rules and regulations shall become effective upon adoption by I Liheslaturan Guåhan. ----------
