Records

(a) The TTNC shall maintain: (1) individual prearranged ride records for at least two (2) years from the date each ride was provided; and (2) individual records of TTNC drivers for at least two (2) years after the driver’s relationship with the TTNC driver has ended. (b) A TTNC driver shall not use or disclose a TTNC rider’s personal identifiable information to a third party unless the rider (1) consents; (2) disclosure is required by court order; or (3) disclosure is required to investigate violations of the Transportation/Taxicab Network Company Services Act. 2018 NOTE: Subsection/subitem designations added pursuant to the authority of 1 GCA § 1606.
