The Board shall develop rules and regulations pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Law for the administration of the program enacted by this Article. In addition to the administration of the program, such rules and regulations shall include provisions for: (a) conditions for continuance of an award; (b) construction of applicable promissory notes; (c) time frames for the completion of program studies; and (d) provisions for the temporary suspension of completion of a degree program or repayment of awards for cases beyond the control of the scholarship recipient, such as personal illness, or death or illness of a family member.

2012 NOTE: P.L. 31-237:2 (Dec. 6, 2012) added Chapter 15A to Division 3 of Title 17, codified by the Compiler as new Chapter 28 of this title to avoid confusion that would arise from the identical numbering scheme in Articles 3A and 4A, Chapter 15, of this title. Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3, after Award Year 2012-2013, no other awards shall be granted under Chapter 15 except as provided for in Chapter 28; specifically, awards are to be granted only pursuant to Articles 9, 10, 13 and 14 of Chapter 15.
