17 GCA § 28707

(a) Students entitled to scholarships pursuant to § 26706 of this Article shall receive the following benefits: (1) Payment of tuition and fees. (2) An allowance of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per regular semester, and up to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per summer semester for textbooks. (b) As a condition for continuing full entitlement to the benefits provided in this Section, undergraduate recipients must maintain a full-time enrollment of twelve (12) semester credits minimum per semester, six (6) semester credits per summer semester, and good academic standing with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better. No student may receive benefits beyond the number of calendar years normally required to complete such student’s program.
