Applicability to All Applicants

(a) All applicants for the Medically Indigent Program shall meet the eligibility requirements set forth in § 2905 of this Article. This shall include, but not be limited to, individuals requiring services for tuberculosis, leprosy, lytico, bodig, end stage renal disease or insulin for diabetes. (b) Cost Sharing Program.
