Public Display of Sanitary Permit

Every public swimming pool shall display in a conspicuous place designated by the Director, the sanitary permit issued to it showing thereon the latest date of inspection. No person other than the Director shall remove, deface, destroy or conceal such sanitary permit. SOURCE: GC § 9590.7.
