Enforcement of Charges Upon Land: Foreclosure,

Release or Satisfaction of Mortgages. All charges upon registered land, or any estate or interest in the same, may be enforced as now or hereafter allowed by law, and all laws with reference to the foreclosures and release or satisfaction of mortgages shall apply to mortgages upon registered land, or any estate or interest therein, except as herein otherwise provided, and except that until notice of the pendency of any suit to enforce or foreclose such charge is filed in the registrar's office, and a memorial thereof entered on the register, the pendency of such suit shall not be notice to the registrar, or any person dealing with the land.
