International Reciprocity Agreements: Rules and Regulations

The Department shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act within 180 days of its enactment, including verification protocols, eligibility criteria by country, fee schedules, and procedures to prevent fraud. The Department shall work with appropriate authorities in foreign countries to facilitate the exchange process and resolve any logistical challenges. The Department shall ensure that any regulations adopted under this Act are in compliance with the REAL ID Act and other applicable federal laws. SOURCE: Added by P.L. 38-069:4 (Oct. 17, 2025).
