Certain Provisions of Part 2 Applicable

Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, the provisions of Part 2 of this Title are applicable to and constitute the rules of practice in the proceedings mentioned in this Chapter. NOTE: Part 2 of this Title commences with Chapter 10, but the procedure referred to also includes the Guam Rules of Civil Procedure because those Rules have replaced much of this Code.
