Notice, How Served

Notice of the call for unpaid subscriptions must be served personally upon each stockholder resident in Guam. If absent from Guam such notice must be served upon each stockholder by depositing the notice in the post office, registered mail, postage prepaid, properly addressed to him at his place of residence as shown by the books of the corporation. The notice must also be posted for a period of three (3) weeks in three (3) public places at the place where the principal office of the corporation is located. SOURCE: CC § 334.
