5 GCA § 32111

Any aggrieved consumer or the Attorney General may maintain an action for any of the following: (a) Any prohibited act or practice that is specifically enumerated in this chapter, including but not limited to acts of omission, failure to honor any warranty or agreement with the consumer, or committing any false, misleading or deceptive acts or practices by a merchant to induce a consumer to purchase goods or services. (b) Any unconscionable action or course of action by any person as to non-business consumers in non-land transactions. (c) If the Attorney General is representing a consumer or consumers not in a class action suit, the court may not award damages other than restitution, costs and attorney’s fees unless specifically permitted by statute. If a consumer is not represented by the Attorney General, the court may award the consumer damages, restitution, costs, attorney’s fees, and all other relief permitted at law or equity.
