(a) For each divorce and annulment of marriage granted by the courts of Guam, a report shall be filed with the Office of Vital Statistics by the clerk of court. (b) On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, the clerk of court shall forward to the Office of Vital Statistics the report of each divorce and annulment of marriage granted during the preceding calendar month and such related reports as may be required by regulations issued under this article. (c) The information necessary to prepare the report shall be furnished with the petition to the clerk of court by the parties, petitioner or their legal representative on forms prescribed and furnished by the Guam Registrar of Vital Statistics. 2017 NOTE: References to “territory” and “territorial” removed and/or altered to “Guam” pursuant to 1 GCA § 420.
