Duty to Furnish Information Relative to Vital Events

Any person having knowledge of the facts, shall furnish such information as he may possess regarding any birth, death, fetal death, marriage or divorce, upon demand of the Guam Registrar of Vital Statistics. 2017 NOTE: References to “territory” and “territorial” removed and/or altered to “Guam” pursuant to 1 GCA § 420.
