Same: by Administrator as Ground for Denial

A protest by the Administrator disclosing that an applicant or the premises for which a license is sought does not qualify for a license shall constitute grounds for denial of the license without necessity for a hearing by the Board prior to such denial. SOURCE: GC § 25222.
