The date and results of a test performed under Section 3330 of this Chapter must be made available, on request, to the victim or, if the victim is a minor, to the victim's parent or guardian and

positive test results shall be reported to the Director of Public Health, as required under §§ 3302, 3303, and 3304 of this Chapter.
