Order Accepting Transfer of Trust

Subject to the limitations and requirements of this Article, an order may be made by the Superior Court accepting the transfer of the place of administration of a trust from another jurisdiction to Guam, or the transfer of some or all of the assets of a trust in another jurisdiction to a trustee in Guam.
