Damages by Pet Owner Liable

If a pet shall injure any person or damage any person or property, the pet owner shall be liable to the extent that his negligence was the proximate cause of such injury or damage. SOURCE: Repealed and reenacted by P.L. 22-013:1 (May 7, 1993).
