Decision After Hearing

(a) The Hearing Officer shall issue a decision after hearing without undue delay. The decision must be based on the hearing record only. (b) The Department shall personally serve or send a copy of the decision to the non-custodial parent by certified mail, return receipt requested. (c) The decision must inform the non-custodial parent of the non-custodial parents right to appeal in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 GCA §§ 9100-9241.
