Contractual Service

The CEO in consultation with and upon approval of the GCHCBD may enter into a contractual agreement with other government agencies or health care provider(s) to provide either, totally or partially, Community Health Center services. The GCHCBD or CEO shall also negotiate contractual agreement for reimbursement of services by the beneficiaries of Health Insurance Providers or Health Maintenance Organization or other entities providing health benefits, or shall allow those government agencies or health care providers to seek reimbursement for their services rendered in the Community Health Centers.
