Participation in Government of Guam Defined Contribution Retirement System; Limiting

Participation in Existing Retirement System.: Ineligible Persons. The following persons shall not be eligible for membership: (a) Persons whose services are compensated on a fee basis. (b) Independent contractors. (c) Persons whose employment is for a specific project. (d) Persons who are employed in the Senior Citizens Community Employment Program.
