Municipal Planning Council: Term of Office

Each member of the Municipal Planning Council shall hold office for a period of two (2) years, said term to begin on the first Monday in January following his or her appointment. SOURCE: GC § 15019 added by P.L. 14-027:9 (May 26, 1977).
