Municipal Planning Council: Vacancy

In case of a vacancy on the Municipal Planning Council by reason of death, resignation or incapacity, said vacancy shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor. SOURCE: GC § 15020 added by P.L. 14-027:9 (May 26, 1977) and amended by P.L. 20-033:1 (Sep. 6, 1989).
