The Mayors’ Council of Guam, together with the Department of Education, the Guam Homeland Security Office of Civil Defense, the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, the Guam Economic Development Authority, and the Chamorro Land Trust Commission shall convene a Council as prescribed in § 40202.
