Policy

It is declared to be the policy of Guam that: (a) The statutory and common law of Guam shall facilitate the compensation of those exposed to certain chemical substances and mixtures; (b) Persons exposed to toxic substances shall be entitled to compensation for all damages arising from exposure to such substances.
